The setting of A Song of Ice and Fire is not gentle. It deals openly with violence, political cruelty, moral ambiguity, and topics that can be uncomfortable or taboo. Some of our established Houses and storylines already contain these elements by design. Players are expected to understand this before participating.

Not everyone in our community shares the same ideals or storytelling preferences.
Knowing this, you are not entitled to force your personal narrative, morality, or comfort level onto others. Respect for differing approaches to roleplay is mandatory

Canon & Lore Expectations
Reign of Dragons is an A Song of Ice and Fire sim. This means:

⇝ We follow book canon, not the events of Game of Thrones or House of the Dragon.
⇝ Flexibility exists for character growth and creative interpretation, but lore breaking concepts will be denied.
⇝ Any modifications we have made for the sake of healthy, sustainable roleplay are detailed in our sim lore and take precedence.

The world is vast, complex, and often cruel. We honor that tone but we uphold it with respect, consent, and collaborative storytelling.
